Join the OlyDance community for an unforgettable week in Santo Domingo, the heart of bachata culture and home to one of the world's premier bachata events. Experience the renowned Santo Domingo Bachata Festival, where you'll learn from world-class instructors, dance with people from around the globe, and immerse yourself in the music, culture, and energy that make the Dominican Republic the true home of bachata. We've also built in beach days before and after the festival, giving you the perfect balance of dancing, relaxation, and adventure. Whether you're looking to elevate your dancing, connect with an amazing community, or experience bachata at its source, this is a trip you won't want to miss.
🎶 Why the DR?
The Bachata we have available to us in the PNW is very different than its birthplace. The only way to experience bachata in it's full essence is to learn and dance in the place it was born. The more people experience it, the easier it will be to bring it home to our dance community.

Food: Breakfasts included. Lunch and dinner is not included, but will be coordinated with the group to help keep costs down. Expect $20-80 a day in drinks and food
